6-8 Weeks of Age:

• Wellness Exam
• Vaccines for protection from distemper, hepatitis, and parvo (1st DAP)
• Intestinal parasite test
• Deworm with Drontal
• Interceptor to protect against heartworms
• Advantix/Frontline to protect against Ticks and Fleas
• Crate Training/ House Breaking
• Good owners, Good Dog Books

9-11 Weeks of Age:

• Wellness exams
• Vaccines for protection from distemper, hepatitis, and parvo (3yr DAP)
• Bordetella Vaccine-includes Para influenza
• Deworm
• Lepto Vaccine (1st)

12-16 Weeks of Age:

• Wellness Exam
• Deworm
• Lyme Vaccine (1st)
• Rabies Vaccine
• Lepto Vaccine (2nd)
• If previous vaccine for DAP given prior to 11 weeks, give another

16-19 Weeks of Age:

• Wellness Exam
• Rabies Vaccine
• Lyme Vaccine (2nd)
• Preventatives-Frontline/Advantix and Interceptor.
• Fecal Test

6 Months of Age:

• Intestinal parasite test
• Spay or neuter (surgical cost not included in puppy program. You will receive a 25% discount if the surgery us performed before 9 months of age and the puppy program was completed. Hip exam and x-ray for large breed dogs (Cost not included in puppy program. X-rays require sedation and may be performed while your puppy is under anesthesia for a spay or neuter.) and Microchipping
• Dental Work
• Parvo- Titer
