About Cherrydale Veterinary Clinic

Cherrydale Veterinary Clinic is a full-service, family-style practice caring for dogs, cats, and exotic pets in Arlington, VA and the surrounding DC metro area. For decades, local families have trusted us with the pets they love — and we treat every one of them as if they were our own, at every stage of life.

More Than a Clinic — We’re Family

What began as a “mom-and-pop” practice in 1972 has grown into a trusted part of the Arlington community. From telemedicine to holistic medicine, we balance advanced veterinary technology with holistic therapies like acupuncture to provide personalized pet care. All of our doctors are fully accredited and are passionate about our mission to enhance human physical and mental wellness by promoting longer, healthier lives for their pets.

Trusted by Arlington Pet Families

The relationships we build mean everything to us. Many of the families we care for have been part of the Cherrydale community for years — through puppy visits, senior years, and every milestone in between. We’re grateful for their trust and honored by the kind words they’ve shared about our team.

The People Who Make Us Family

Our greatest strength is our people. From our veterinarians to our client care team, every member of the Cherrydale family brings experience, compassion, and genuine love for animals to your pet’s care. With six passionate, fully accredited full-time doctors, we are always accessible to our community and dedicated to helping your pets live longer, happier lives.
